About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and relevant content across social media and other digital platforms. This role requires creativity, good communication skills, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and digital channels.
Create ideas and concepts for social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
Write captions, scripts, promotional content, and other digital copy.
Research industry-related topics, audience interests, and current social media trends.
Plan and organize content according to the content calendar.
Coordinate with the design, marketing, and media teams to execute content ideas.
Participate in photo and video shoots when required.
Ensure all content is relevant, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand.




Monitor social media trends and identify recent content opportunities.
Review and improve content based on audience engagement and performance.
Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual communication.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
Freshers with strong creativity and valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Positive understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Creative thinking and strong storytelling ability.
Ability to research topics and develop original content.
Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Good time management and attention to detail.
