About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM & Sales Operations Analyst to manage and optimize our CRM platform, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable sales and business development insights to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for CRM governance, sales pipeline analytics, reporting, and user support. This role is ideal for specialists with experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business analytics, or management reporting who enjoy working with data and influencing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of CRM data across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Monitor sales pipeline performance, lead conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc management reports and dashboards.
Track sales activities, pipeline movements, and key performance metrics.
Identify data inconsistencies and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.




Support CRM users with system queries, training, and best practices.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to improve CRM effectiveness.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports for leadership.
Ensure adherence to CRM processes, workflows, and data governance standards.
Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, Revenue Operations
Experience working with CRM systems such as: SugarCRM (preferred), Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
