Job Title: Construction Planning Manager Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh

Project: PgMC – APCRDA

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.
Track project progress against approved baseline schedules and targets.
Identify delays, critical activities, risks, and schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports and project updates.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for progress data and planning activities.
Review construction programmes, work plans, resource requirements, and recovery schedules.
Maintain project planning dashboards, MIS, and progress records.
Support project review meetings, presentations, and management reporting.
Ensure timely updating of project schedules and monitoring of planned vs. actual progress.





Experience & Skills
5–8 years of experience in Construction Planning, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
Experience in infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience in Smart City / Urban Development / Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
