Role & responsibilities
manages the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a rock-crushing and screening plant to meet production goals
Operational Management: Oversee raw material feeding, crushing, and screening processes to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
Maintenance Coordination: Work with mechanics and electricians to schedule preventative maintenance and fix equipment breakdowns quickly.
Safety & Setting: Enforce health and safety rules, use personal protective equipment, and control dust emissions.
Team Leadership: Manage operators and laborers, assign shifts, and train workers on productive practices.
Quality Control: Check crushed stone or aggregate sizes to make sure they match required standards and collect material samples.
Reporting & Logs: Keep track of production output, machine downtime, fuel use, and vehicle movements.
