Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Translator / Business Analyst with robust expertise in Risk and Lending to support AI and digital transformation initiatives within the DB CRO function.

The role will act as a bridge between Business, Risk, Data, and Technology teams, translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and shape AI use cases and automation opportunities across risk and business processes.
Translate business requirements into AI solutions, agentic workflows, business rules, prompts, functional specifications, and TOMs.
Apply solid domain knowledge in Credit Analysis, Lending Products, Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, Governance, and Business Processes.
Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Design human-in-the-loop and agent-based workflows to improve efficiency, quality,



consistency, auditability, and user experience.
Support stakeholder management, project governance, process re-engineering, change management, and implementation activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Understanding of AI/GenAI, automation, agentic workflows, and transformation initiatives.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology/AI solutions.
