The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, guiding them toward the right product/service, and closing sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and has a persuasive, customer-friendly approach.
Explain products/services clearly and answer client queries
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the right solution
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client details
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi
Confident, polite,
and persuasive telephone manner
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry, zoom)
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales preferred (not mandatory)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude
