As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing customer data ecosystems that power personalization, analytics, and marketing initiatives. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/data pipelines for customer data ingestion, transformation, and processing.

Drive customer data unification and identity resolution to create accurate 360° customer profiles.

/n
Develop and enhance customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.

/n
Architect and optimize real-time and batch data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

/n
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.

/n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to deliver data-driven solutions.

/n
Manage and optimize data platforms using technologies such as Presto, Hive, Digdag, Embulk, and SQL.

/n
Continuously improve platform efficiency through automation,



performance tuning, and adoption of up-to-date data engineering practices.

/n /n What You Bring /n /n
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or (master's degree ).

/n
4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on customer data platforms (CDP Treasure Data), data integration, and ELT/ETL processes.

/n
Expertise in data unification, identity resolution, and customer profile management.

/n
Treasure Data CDP certification preferred

/n
Familiarity with marketing tech stack & Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms valuable to have

/n
Proficiency in tools and technologies like Python, Presto, Hive, SQL, Digdag, Embulk, and Data Warehousing (DW).

/n
Solid understanding of data flow management, data pipelines, and data storage systems, with experience in both real-time and batch processing.
