Knowledge of CRM software and systems
Ability to manage and monitor telecallers
Valuable team management and communication skills
Robust follow-up and reporting skills
Valuable computer knowledge
Ability to monitor team performance and productivity
Responsible and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the CRM and telecalling team.
Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, leads, and team activities.
Track individual and team performance.
Ensure proper CRM data entry and regular updates.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Identify pending and missed follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Guide the team to improve productivity and achieve targets.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and follow-ups.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
