Role Description This Part-time remote Customer Service Representative role is responsible for providing responsive, skilled support to Adverito’s clients. The person in this role will handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a positive client experience. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, and following up to confirm client satisfaction.

The representative will also actively gather feedback, identify service improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience in a digital agency setting.





Qualifications
Strong background in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Understanding of the Customer Service Representative role, including best practices for client interaction in remote and digital environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear, accessible manner.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with robust time management, organization, and attention to detail.
