About the Role

Angara Ecommerce Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Experience & Sales professional to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will focus on building customer trust, driving sales retention, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Be customer-obsessed and build trust through your conversations.
Champion prospects to consistently improve the Angara customer experience.
Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
Offer product options, alternatives, and customizations to achieve sales goals.
Build long-term customer loyalty for all present and future purchases.
Act as the voice of the customer and share actionable feedback to improve our services.
Test recent engagement strategies to drive customer value.
Collaborate with internal support teams to address customer call-outs effectively.
Innovate on the customer's behalf to enhance our products and service processes.

Qualifications




Experience: 3 – 6 years overall (minimum 4–5 years in customer support and sales).
Domain Background: 2–4 years of experience with retail & online jewelry brands, luxury/auto brands, or international banking/financial HNI clientele.
Education: Jewelry education or certifications are highly preferred.

Expert proficiency in written and spoken English.
Exceptionally solid customer handling and problem-resolution skills focused on quality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated with flexibility in approaching changing responsibilities.
Strong task prioritization and time-management skills to ensure efficiency.
Goal-driven and target-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze customer issues objectively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
