Role Description The Desktop Publishing Operator role at Lingo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a part time, in office position based in Noida. The person in this role will prepare and format documents, books, brochures, and other print or digital materials using desktop publishing software and tools.

Daily tasks include laying out text and graphics, setting up templates, adjusting fonts and styles, and ensuring consistency with brand and client guidelines. The role involves checking files for print readiness,



coordinating with the pre-press and printing teams, and making corrections based on feedback.

The Desktop Publishing

Operator will work closely with project managers and other production staff to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Desktop Publishing skills, including experience with layout software and document formatting.
Candidates should possess accurate Typing skills and familiarity with text composition for qualified documents.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Printing processes and basic print production workflows.
Candidates should possess Graphics and Pre-press skills to prepare visual materials and ensure files are ready for output.
Candidates should have attention to detail, robust time management, and the ability to follow design and style guidelines.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in publishing, design, or related fields; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
Candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
