Respond to basic inquiries regarding installation, configuration, customization, and product usage through calls, chat, and email.
Take end-to-end ownership of user issues, ensuring resolution and necessary follow-ups as per process requirements.
Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify issues, investigate causes, and recommend solution for common failures.
Provide support for both internal and external customers.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level experts within the organization.
Deliver first-line to higher-line after-sales technical support for hardware, Must be comfortable attending and handling sales calls with clients/prospects.
Coordinate with clients, service delivery teams, and management to ensure accurate service requests are routed to the appropriate service provider.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service,



specifically handling US clients.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a working knowledge of MS Office.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
