Purpose/Objective

To oversee and drive all finance-related activities across ports business, including budgeting, financial planning & analysis, MIS reporting, accounting governance, treasury and working capital management, receivables management, financial reporting, audits, statutory compliance, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, consolidation, review, approval, and periodic revisions.
Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability performance and recommend corrective actions.
Support business teams in financial evaluation of CAPEX proposals and investment decisions.
Ensure timely preparation and review of MIS reports.
Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
Analyze expenses and receivables and drive improvement initiatives.
Manage cash flows, liquidity, working capital, and short-term investments.




Ensure closure of internal audit observations and strengthen internal controls.
Coordinate statutory audits and implementation of audit recommendations.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members.
Drive adoption of finance technology, automation, and best practices.

IFRS/GAAP,Fund / Treasury Management,Budgeting/MIS,Accounting

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications - CA Experience - 10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience managing finance operations in a large organization.
Expertise in budgeting, FP&A;, treasury, MIS, financial reporting, and audits.
Robust experience in preparation of balance sheet and statutory audit management.
