Job Profile: Data Procurement Executive:
The Data Procurement Executive will be primarily responsible for data procurement activities. This role involves extensive fieldwork to identify, source, and execute effective procurement strategies for acquiring relevant datasets. The position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to evolve with changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and implement the most effective methods for procuring high-quality datasets.
Build and manage relationships with data sources, vendors, and stakeholders.
Conduct on-ground coordination to ensure timely and accurate data acquisition.
Maintain documentation and report procurement progress and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement efforts with project requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
Ability to think creatively and implement productive procurement strategies.
Basic understanding of data, operations, or procurement processes is a plus.
Adaptable and performance-driven mindset.
Solid research, sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valuable attention to detail and basic data evaluation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
Prior experience in data sourcing, procurement, operations, technology, or AI is an advantage.
