1Fi is building a recent category of consumer financing backed by Mutual Funds. Customers can use their existing Mutual Fund investments to access No-Cost EMI for purchases without selling their investments.
The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to own the customer journey from the first interaction to successful loan disbursal. You will be responsible for driving customer activation, solving problems, and converting high-intent customers into successful transactions.
What You'll Do
Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp and help them complete their 1Fi journey
Follow up with customers who drop off during KYC, MF fetching, eligibility, or pledge
Explain 1Fi's product and process clearly and build customer confidence
Drive eligible customer → successful disbursal conversion
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Product, Tech, and Operations
Maintain CRM/customer data and track funnel performance
Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements
Drive repeat usage and improve the overall customer experience
What we are looking for:
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Relationship Management, or similar roles
Experience in Finance, Fintech, BFSI, or financial products is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable working with Google Sheets/CRM and basic numbers
Solid ownership and follow-up mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customers directly
Ability to understand and explain financial products
High energy, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to work in a rapid-paced startup
