Key Responsibilities
Handle production incidents, troubleshooting,



escalation and RCA
Monitor application/platform performance and resolve alerts
Support Linux/Windows production environments
Perform deployments, patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation
Implement automation & Infrastructure as Code solutions
Support Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
Manage CI/CD pipelines and production releases
Monitor Control-M jobs, application flows and data exchanges
Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Security and Development teams
Drive production stability, reliability and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate: Someone with a robust Production Support + #DevOps/#Automation background who can independently manage critical production issues and contribute to infrastructure modernization.
