Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming skills, and a good understanding of machine learning and statistics.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful patterns and trends.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
Develop data visualizations and communicate insights to technical and non-technical teams.
Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data.
Perform feature engineering and model validation.
Monitor model performance and improve models when required.
Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams on data-driven projects.
Document analysis, models, methodologies, and results.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Python
Good understanding of Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib,



and Scikit-learn
Knowledge of Statistics and Probability
Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
Strong SQL skills
Knowledge of Data Cleaning, EDA, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau is an advantage
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Knowledge of NLP or Generative AI
Familiarity with Git and APIs
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience deploying ML models using Flask/FastAPI or similar frameworks

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
