Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
Provide DevOps and deployment support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues and connectivity problems.
Perform application/system debugging, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Monitor system performance and ensure service availability and stability.
Handle general technical support and coordinate with relevant teams for complex issues.
Follow operational procedures, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience for 5+ years in DevOps toolchains (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, AWS/Azure).
Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing, DNS).
Exceptional log analysis and debugging skills across operating systems (Linux/Windows).
Competency in a scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for task automation.
Proven problem-solving attitude with a quick response time for critical system incidents.
