Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility (Up to 20 KM Radius)
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Chat Process (Chat + Email) supporting Banking & Financial Services clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Banking, BFSI, taxation or Financial Services domain and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through Chat, and Email channels.
Assist customers with banking and financial service-related concerns. Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, payments, cards, digital banking.
Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards and achieve productivity metrics.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, BFSI, Finance, taxation or Finance.
Experience in a Chat Process (Chat + Email) is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
