The role involves managing client portfolios for our WhatsApp Chatbot service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring seamless adoption of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication (calls, emails, meetings).
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
Deliver exceptional customer support, including troubleshooting and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with sales,
marketing, and product teams to address client needs and identify new opportunities.
Create and execute customer success plans to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Conduct periodic business reviews to track client outcomes and optimize solution usage.
Provide feedback to internal teams to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or certifications in Python/AI.
Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies.
