As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Resource with experience in Workday Security
Solid understanding of HR processes and data management
Experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions
