Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international E-commerce Seller Support process in Pune. The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing effective resolutions, and ensuring a smooth seller experience.

We are looking for candidates with robust communication skills and relevant experience in E-commerce Seller Support, Customer Service, or International Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle seller/customer queries through the assigned support channel.
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Understand seller concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain skilled communication throughout customer interactions.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer/seller interactions.

Eligibility Criteria For candidates with E-commerce / Seller Support / Customer Service experience:




Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service/ E- Commerce / Seller Support.
Minimum B2 level communication skills.
Experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service.
Both International and Domestic Customer Service experience can be considered.

For candidates from Non-E-commerce backgrounds:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / E- Commerce / Seller Support.
Minimum B2+ communication skills.
International Customer Service experience is mandatory.
