Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on generated leads.

· Understand students' requirements, interests, and career goals.

· Explain available courses, training programs, features, and advantages.

· Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable programs.

· Handle enquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.

· Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

· Schedule counselling sessions and appointments with interested prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

· Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for lead conversion.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

· Build robust relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive enquiry experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
