Job Title: Telecalling Intern / Telesales Intern

Location: Delhi (Work from Office Zigly Head Office)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Zigly's Van Grooming services.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Explain service packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
Follow up with leads to improve conversions.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth appointment scheduling.
Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure quality customer interaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets.

Eligibility:
Graduate or pursuing a Bachelors degree (any discipline).
Freshers can apply.
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-driven, confident, and eager to learn.

Preferred: Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, tele-sales, or lead generation is a plus.
