Contract: Data Scientist – AI Agent Developer Length: Minimum 6 months, extended every 6 months Remote – India I’m currently working with a leading global technology organisation that is looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Agent Developer to join their team.

The Role
Build and develop AI agents and LLM-powered solutions for production use cases.
Work across agentic AI, prompt engineering, tool integration and AI evaluation.
Integrate AI solutions with data platforms, APIs and cloud-based data sources.
Take AI solutions from development through production, working closely with data and engineering teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve agent performance, accuracy and reliability.

Requirements




Solid Python and software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using code-based frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.
Valuable understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling and agentic AI.
Experience with AWS, SQL and large-scale data.
