We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the internal sales team, and regularly following up with customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers on the leads received through different channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our products and services.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams regarding customer requirements.
Share customer requirements with the concerned team for quotation or further discussion.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, quotations, and customer responses.
Regularly update lead status and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, product details, delivery timelines, and other queries.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify potential business prospects from existing enquiries.
Escalate important customer issues or requirements to the concerned senior/team member.
Achieve assigned follow-up and customer coordination targets.
Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
