Qualification

Graduation is not mandatory. H.S.C. or any relevant Diamond/Jewellery Grading certification will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Grade and evaluate diamonds based on the 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat Weight.
Inspect gemstones and finished jewellery for quality and authenticity.
Verify diamond/gemstone measurements, proportions and certifications.
Identify inclusions, blemishes and other quality parameters using grading tools/equipment.
Ensure jewellery meets company quality standards before dispatch.
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
Maintain accurate grading records and documentation.
Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Follow industry grading standards and company procedures.
Handle diamonds and jewellery with utmost care, security and accountability.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
