About the Role

--Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Canada /US/india clients.

--Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.

--Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

--Use AI tools and AI-assisted recruiting techniques for sourcing, resume screening, candidate matching and recruitment productivity.

--Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines through offer closure.

--Build robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

--Stay updated on Canada/US/india IT technologies and hiring trends.

MUST HAVE

--3-5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably Canada/US/india recruitment.

--Strong understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.

--Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.

--Good knowledge of AI recruitment tools and AI-assisted sourcing.

--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

--Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
