- Technical Support: Respond to user-reported issues concerning hardware, software, and basic network connectivity.
- System Maintenance: Install software updates, security patches, and perform routine system backups.
- Monitoring: Track application and system performance logs to spot basic errors or downtime.
- Documentation: Log technical incidents, resolutions, and inventory changes in the company knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with senior infrastructure or development teams for escalated troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
