About the Role

We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our Investment Banking Coverage team. The role will focus on sector coverage and client engagement across Pharma, Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer, Industrials, and Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across assigned sectors.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment banking opportunities.
- Support origination and execution of transactions across M&A;, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and other strategic advisory mandates.
- Conduct industry, company, and sector-level analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare client pitches, information memorandums, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams including Investment Banking Execution, Research, and other stakeholders to develop transaction ideas.
- Track sector trends,



corporate developments, fundraising activities, M&A; activity, and market dynamics.
- Participate in client meetings and assist senior team members in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Support preparation of transaction proposals and strategic recommendations for clients.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience specifically in Investment Banking Coverage.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and investment banking products.
- Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates with experience in sector-focused Investment Banking Coverage will be preferred.
