Role We are looking for an International BD Manager to build Emversity international employer and placement network. The primary responsibility is simple:

Create genuine international job opportunities that Emversity can build programs around.

The role will initially focus on GCC, with scope to expand into other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own international employer partnerships across GCC, Cruise, Hospitality, Retail & F&B;
- Identify and secure international hiring requirements and vacancies
- Build employer pipeline and negotiate commercial partnerships
- Manage interviews, selections and offers with employers
- Coordinate with Operations for candidate deployment
- Drive repeat hiring and long-term employer relationships
- Own KPIs: Vacancies, Offers, Deployments & Employer Partnerships

KPIs

- Confirmed international vacancies
- Current employer partnerships activated




- Interviews scheduled
- Offers generated
- Offer → Deployment conversion
- Successful international deployments
- Employer repeat hiring

Ideal Candidate

- 5–10 years of experience in International Business Development / Overseas Recruitment / Staffing / B2B Sales
- Strong GCC employer network preferred
- Experience dealing with HR, Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders
- Proven ability to acquire B2B clients and generate manpower requirements
- Experience in international recruitment/placement is strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable travelling internationally when required
- Strong understanding of international hiring processes
