Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Lucknow.

The Interior

Designer will meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and translate these into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards; selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and décor; and preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. The role involves coordinating with project managers, vendors,



and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution, as well as making site visits to track progress and resolve design-related issues.

The Interior

Designer will also maintain accurate documentation, adhere to brand guidelines and safety standards, and support a seamless client experience from concept to completion.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design fundamentals, including space planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, or similar).
- Ability to create detailed drawings, layouts, and mood boards aligned with client requirements and Livspace standards.
- Effective client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to manage timelines and quality.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or renovation projects; familiarity with local materials and market trends in Lucknow is an advantage.
