Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an Information Technology Project Coordinator based in Surat.

The Project

Coordinator will support end-to-end delivery of IT and ecommerce projects, assist in planning and scheduling tasks, and track progress against milestones. Daily responsibilities include coordinating between development teams, designers, QA, and client stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely communication of updates, risks, and dependencies.



The role involves gathering and clarifying requirements, preparing status reports, helping manage project tools and dashboards, and supporting issue resolution to keep projects on track.

The coordinator will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and help uphold quality and delivery standards across Shopify and other technology projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Coordination skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, with familiarity in web development, ecommerce platforms, or software delivery environments.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients and agency partners.
- Understanding of Project Management practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
