Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This role focuses on managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and providing product information and recommendations for lighting solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and existing clients, maintaining records of customer communication, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and following up on orders and deliveries.

The executive will also support after-sales service, gather customer feedback, and help resolve issues to ensure positive long-term relationships.



The role requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with colleagues and engage directly with customers.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in promoting lighting solutions and supporting revenue growth.
Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple customer requests.
Comfort with using computers and business tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in lighting, retail, or home improvement sectors is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or a diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
