Customer Support Executive - Lending

Experience Required : 1+ years (in customer support within fintech, lending, NBFCs, or banking)

Working Days & Hours : Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

Assist borrowers through loan applications, resolve repayment and account inquiries, and deliver prompt, compliant in-office support across chat, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Support: Respond to inquiries about loan products, interest rates, application status, and repayment terms.

KYC & Onboarding: Help applicants complete digital identity verification, document uploads, and application forms.

Repayment Operations: Resolve issues regarding EMI schedules, payment failures, account statements,



and loan closures within SLA limits.

Issue Escalation: Work with internal underwriting and technical teams to explicit application bottlenecks.

CRM Logging: Maintain accurate records of tickets, interaction histories, and resolutions in the CRM

Requirements :

Work Setup: Full commitment to a 6-day Work From Office schedule.

Domain Knowledge: Core understanding of loan lifecycles, KYC norms, and digital payment platforms.

Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zoho).

Skills: Robust written and verbal communication with effective de-escalation skills.
