Job Title: Data Entry Operator Employment Type: Full-Time Open Positions: 1 Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Overview Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the Panchakarma department by maintaining accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and daily operational data. The candidate should have positive computer skills, excellent typing speed, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Enter and update patient details, Panchakarma treatment records, and therapy data in the Hospital Information System (HIS). Maintain daily data related to patient appointments, treatment schedules, and therapy sessions. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all patient records and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists, doctors, and front office for timely data updates. Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy. Maintain physical and digital records systematically.
Generate reports as required by the management. Ensure confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
Perform other administrative and backend tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
Experience 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Backend Operations, or Hospital Administration.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setup will be preferred.
Required Skills Valuable typing speed with high accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications. Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
