Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content. - Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments. - Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate. - Manage and publish learning content through the LMS. - Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D; team. - Ensure content meets brand and quality standards. - Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in digital content production. - Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.

Must-Have Skills:
Robust skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.

Valuable to Have
Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects - Storyboarding & instructional content sequencing - Basic instructional design and adult learning principles - LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPI - AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalent - Positive communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.
