Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist who can accurately enter, update, organize, and maintain company data and records. The ideal candidate should have positive computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, and other company software.
Maintain and organize customer, product, sales, purchase, and inventory records.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
Maintain proper digital and physical records of documents.
Update product details, prices, stock information, and customer information.
Handle data from invoices, quotations, bills, order forms, and other documents.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and other departments when required.
Perform regular data checking and ensure information is up to date.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Complete assigned data-entry tasks within the required timeline.

Required Skills




Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting in Excel.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
Previous experience in data entry, office administration, back-office operations, or similar roles is preferred.
Freshers with positive computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.
