Responsibilities:
Entering order information into the company database.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat.
Sales order booking.
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
Advanced sales and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure product availability.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills are a must.
Robust teamwork and time management Skills.
Proven experience in sales.
Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.
Knowledge of SAP.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
