We are looking for a proactive, organized and responsible qualified to coordinate between Management, Internal Teams, External Digital Marketing Agencies and Clients.

The role is primarily focused on coordination, communication, follow-ups, Executive Assistance and business operations, rather than hands-on digital marketing execution.
Internal Team Coordination
Coordinate ongoing activities and deadlines.
Identify delays and escalate important issues.
External Agency Coordination
Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies.
Communicate requirements, feedback and revisions.
Follow up on agency deliverables and timelines.
Ensure pending matters are addressed and completed.
Client Coordination
Coordinate between clients and internal/external teams.
Communicate client requirements and feedback.
Follow up for approvals, information and pending requirements.
Keep clients appropriately updated.
Escalate significant client concerns to Management.
Management / Executive Assistance
Coordinate the Founder/MD's meetings, calls and priorities.
Handle confidential information appropriately.
Communication & Reporting

Act as the communication bridge between:



Management ↔ Internal Team ↔ Agencies ↔ Clients

Provide Management with concise updates on:

COMPLETED | IN PROGRESS | PENDING | DELAYED | REQUIRES ATTENTION

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
