Data Migration Planning, Execution
Define data migration strategy, scope, and approach. - Conduct source system data assessment and profiling. - Identify migration objects and data ownership. - Develop migration plans, timelines, and cutover activities. - Coordinate with business and functional teams for data readiness. - Perform data quality assessment and profiling. - Define and execute data cleansing activities. - Execute SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit loads. - Manage data templates and upload files. - Perform trial loads, mock migrations, and production loads. - Analyze load errors and coordinate issue resolution. - Execute delta and re-load activities as required.

Required Skills
SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience. - SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Migration Cockpit Fiori Apps). - Solid understanding of SAP master and transactional data. - Experience in ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load). - Data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation expertise. - Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data analysis skills. - Understanding of SAP modules such as: - MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, QM, PM, PS, CS - Knowledge of cutover and go-live activities.
