WE ARE HIRING – HR & PAYROLL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Manager with strong hands-on experience in HR Management, Zoho Payroll Processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave, LOP, deductions, incentives, and payroll adjustments.
- Work extensively on Zoho Payroll and Zoho People.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) and payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, HR MIS, and other management reports.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and general HR activities.
- Coordinate with management and employees regarding payroll and HR-related queries.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and salary-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR & Zoho Payroll Management.
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll.
- Working knowledge of Zoho People/HRMS.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR and payroll operations with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of HR Management and Payroll, along with proven hands-on experience using Zoho Payroll.
