We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for a growing organization based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

? Experience: 10+ years

? Industry: Retail industry experience mandatory

? Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh

? CTC: ₹25–30 LPA

? Relocation: Candidates should be willing to relocate

Key Requirements:

- Solid experience in end-to-end HR leadership and people management
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR governance
- Experience in building teams, managing employee engagement, and driving organizational culture
- Startup experience will be an added advantage
