We are looking for a HR Intern to join our HR & Admin team.

What You'll Do

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and people-centric HR Intern to work closely with the HR leadership team. In this role, you will not simply handle administrative tasks—you will contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, help streamline core people operations, support talent acquisition, and lead employee engagement programs across corporate and plant functions.

Strategic HR Projects: Assist HR leadership in executing digital transformation initiatives, policy rollouts, and workforce analytics.

Process Optimization: Map existing HR workflows across the employee lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.

Talent Acquisition: Source candidates across corporate and plant roles, screen profiles, and coordinate interview pipelines.

Onboarding Experience:



Manage end-to-end pre-boarding, documentation, and structured induction programs for new joiners.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement calendars, pulse surveys, wellness activities, and internal culture campaigns.
