Company: OSL Logistics Location: Sector 25, Gurgaon Experience: 4–6 Years Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role Looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the organization in building an efficient and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, employee management, recruitment, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases. Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace-related concerns. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs. Monitor attendance, leave, and employee discipline.

Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements and HR-related matters.



Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS. Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing. Identify HR issues and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and employee-handling abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR-related tools.
