- Understand customers’ holiday preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies.
- Make bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve booking-related issues.
- Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support
