Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with software architecture design and implementation for scalable applications.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience in leading development teams and managing software delivery processes.
