Position: International Sales Executive – UK ProcessKey Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Effectively handle objections and negotiate with customers to close sales.

Customer Interaction
Deliver a qualified and consultative sales experience.
Understand customer pain points and provide value-driven solutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

CRM & Reporting
Accurately update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.




Track sales performance and contribute to team goals.

Compliance & Quality
Follow company policies, UK compliance guidelines, and sales processes.
Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
Maintain high-quality standards during customer interactions.

Candidate RequirementsEssential Skills
Excellent spoken English with a transparent and professional communication style.
Robust sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong listening, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience in International Sales, UK Sales Process, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
