Shikshagraha is a people's movement to strengthen public education in India. We believe lasting change in schools comes when communities take ownership of their children's learning, and when leaders from within those communities step up to drive it. We are hiring a Design Lead to help grow this community leadership.
You will work with community leaders and partner organisations to design recent ideas, test them as small prototypes, and learn what helps communities act for their schools. The role is an open space for non-linear thinking and for exploring how social movements create change that lasts and spreads at scale. It suits someone with a few years of experience who enjoys fieldwork, collaboration, and turning early ideas into something real.
