Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop BIM models for ELV systems using Autodesk Revit.
Model systems including:
CCTV
Access Control
Structured Cabling
Public Address System
Fire Alarm System
Intrusion Detection System
BMS & Security Systems
Produce coordinated BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed layouts.
Participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural disciplines.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP for ELV Modeling.
Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Understanding of ELV design standards and construction practices.
Ability to prepare coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in ELV BIM Modeling.
